UPDATE 1-Oceaneering to buy Norway-based AGR's unit

Nov 22 (Reuters) - Oilfield services providerOceaneering International Inc said it will acquire AGRGroup ASA's unit for about $240 million, includingdebt, to boost its inspection business in Norway.
